I utilised your software package to update my strong 4669x and soon after booting I observed lock to the display.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later saw that the decoder was frozen Even though the lock wasn't there and all of the channels was vanished.The decoder is now frozen.What really should I do?Technology & Attributes: Stability
